==Šarićev prijevod Biblije==
Prvo pitanje: Može li tko se sjeti objaviti Šarićev prijevod Biblije, budući da još nije prošlo 70 godina od njegove smrti?
Drugo pitanje: Gdje je link za upis novog priloga? Vidim samo link za vježbanje, ali ne znam može li se to &quot;vježbanje&quot; kasnije spremiti kao &quot;pravi tekst&quot;.

Biblija prijevod Ivan Šarić koji je postavljen ovdje na ovim stranicama, i raširen svuda po Internetu već godinama, ovim se daje svima do znanja da to nije Šarićev prijevod iz god. 1942, nego je to Šaricev revidirani prijevod Đure Matinjaka iz god. 1998. Tko god hoće može to lahko uporedditi sa skeniranim Šarićevim originalnim prijevodom iz god. 1942. koji je postavljen na ovoj adresi:  http://web.me.com/jurek/saric_scan/postanak.html.
U redu je da se taj prijevod širi, ali treba biti istinito predstavljen javnosti. Već je krajnje vrijeme da se to ispravi. Taj prijevod je prvi Šarićev popravljeni prijevod a tiskan je u Zagrebu 1997 i 1998, a onaj koji je kasnije izdan u Zgrebu pod istim nazivom jest drugi popravljeni prijevod. Iako je to prešućeno to je živa Iistina!

== O postavljanju zakona i drugih pravnih akata na Wikizvor ==

Potpuno je nepotrebno postavljati sada vrijedeće zakone jer su isti dostupni na stranicma Narodnih novina. Tako je isto sa svim zakonima od 1990. nadalje. Zakoni socijalističke Jugoslavije i NR
i SR Hrvatske do 1990. godine, zbog njihove ogromne brojnosti, nije mjesto na Wikizvoru. Ustave socijalističke Jugoslavije i NR, SR Hrvatske treba postaviti jer su to povijesno važni dokumenti, ali treba biti oprezan i glede zakonima NDH.

NDH nije imala pisani ustav, a zakona i upravnih akata Poglavnika i Vlade je bio ogroman broj. Treba napraviti selekciju najvažnijih zakona, a to nije samo zadatak pravnika već i povjesničara. Za pomoć s povijesne strane slobodno mi se možete obratiti preko ove stranice.

U suprotnom, suradnici wikizvora u SAD-u, Australiji i Europi bi svi imali vrijeme kao da su u Hrvatskoj, što nije dobro rješenje, a ovako svatko može gledati vrijeme kao svoje lokalno. == Zakoni ==

Pozdrav,

po mom skromnom mišljenju, neki zakoni RH bi trebali biti u Wikizvoru, svakako oni bitniji. Ništa ne garantira da će zakoni na NN ostati dostupni, a što je gore, shema URL na NN se može promijeniti u svakom trenutku. Tada poveznice iz Wikipedije na zakone propadaju. Održavanje istih tada postaje noćna mora.

Svakako da ne treba sve staviti na Wikizvor. Jedan primjer zakona koji je bitan je [[Zakon o izbornim jedinicama (1999)]], budući da se po njemu provode trenutni izbori. Imamo kartu izbornih jedinica, ali ona je neprecizna -- Zakon je referentan! Dakle, uz sliku '''uvijek''' ide poveznica na Zakon, koji bi svakako trebao biti na WI.

Budući da će se zakon mijenjati, uz naziv Zakona stavio sam godinu donošenja. U nekim pravnim sustavima svaki zakon ima svoj broj, pa je tako lakše označavati; dok se kod nas to ne uvede, to je jedini način da noviji zakon ne prebriše stari (nadam se da je svima jasno zašto se ne smije prebrisati).

:Glupost! Točno se zna kako se zakon označava, tj. kako se navode hrvatski zakoni i sve drugo objavljeno u NN. Zakon se označava tako da se navede njegovo puno ime, a njegovo ''prezime'' je broj Narodnih novina. Ako zakon ima izmjene i dopune, tada se u zagradi navode svi brojevi Narodnih novina u kojima su objavljene izmjene i dopune. Ako Zakon ima pročišćeni tekst (kao ovaj što ga navodiš), tada se navodi u zagradi broj NN u kojem je objavljen pročišćeni tekst i stavlja se naznaka &quot;pročišćeni tekst&quot;. Ako zakon ima ispravak tada se uz broj narodnih novina stavlja napomena &quot;ispravak&quot;. Na ovaj način dobivamo jasnu razlučbu između samih djela i njihovih autora, što prije nije bio slučaj. Sad je primjerice razvidno da su [[Đuka Begović]] i [[Janko Borislavić]] djela a ne pisci.

Zamolio bih administratore da ne brišu preusmjeravanja jer podosta vanjskih projekata trenutno na njih povezuje.

Ima li smisla u međuvremenu držati njihove stranice ovdje? Konkretno: ako se odlučim za postavljanje [http://www.archive.org/details/osvitslikeiztri00algoog ove] knjige, što mi predlažete, da je obradim na standardni način kao i ostale tekstove Gjalskoga ili na novi način sa slikama i višestrukom provjerom? : Sve je dopuštno, samo da se dodaje sadržaj :) Međutim, problem je sa tim tekstovima na archive.org što nisu ponajbolje OCR-ani za hrvatski (kad klikneš na sirovi tekst na &quot;Full Text&quot; poveznici), pa ako imaš neki drugi digitalizirani i provjereni oblik tog istog teksta onda je najbolje preskočiti cijelu muku sa ispravljanjem stranicu po stranicu i samo uraditi copy/paste.
: U konačnici, za krajnjeg korisnika, stvar je ista - i u jednom i u drugom slučaju imat će isti tekst. Postupkom provjere stranicu-po-stranicu i transkluzijom preko {{temp|stranica}} predloška u glavni imenski prostor otvara se međutim prilika za povećanjem kvalitete projekta, jer je na klik miša dostupan tiskani izvornik za koji se svatko može uvjeriti da odgovara predstavljenome obliku teksta.

Osim što nas sve ponekad zna ''zezati cache'' web preglednika (Firefoxa, Opere, Safarija, Chrome-a ili IE-a), nekad je za ''krivi'' prikaz stare inačice stranice na wikiprojektima kriv ''cache'' na poslužitelju. Tu pomaže dodavanje URL argumenta i parametra ''action=purge'', no da ne bismo morali to ručno pisati svaki put, u postavkama pod dodacima (dakle [[Posebno:Postavke]]) na zadnjem izborniku piše Dodaci, nova je kućica (''checkbox'') ''Kartica (tab) za čišćenje cache-memorije na poslužitelju''. Njeno označavanje (i spremanje postavki) uzrokovat će pojavljivanje nove kartice (''taba'') na stranicama Wikizvora s tekstom '''očisti cache''', koja radi upravo to. Predlažem da se u svaku pjesmu doda [[predložak:poezija]]. Dio (brzog) posla bih obavio sam, a kasnije možda bot. Predložak posotji na ruskom wikizvoru, samo sam ga malo izmijenio i pojednostavio. Gotov je ako mi ništa novo ne padne na pamet, a primjere možete vidjeti na [[Suradnik:StjepanG/Vježba|mojoj podstranici]]. 

Prednosti tog predloška:
#Jednostavan za upotrebu; svega tri parametra od kojih samo jedna obvezan. Danas na wikizvoru postoji mnogo načina postavljanja pjesama, netko koristi &lt;code&gt;&lt;nowiki&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/nowiki&gt;&lt;/code&gt;, netko &lt;code&gt;&lt;nowiki&gt;&lt;poem&gt;&lt;/nowiki&gt;&lt;/code&gt;, a netko &lt;code&gt;&lt;nowiki&gt;:&lt;/nowiki&gt;&lt;/code&gt;. Ovaj predložak sadrži &lt;code&gt;&lt;nowiki&gt;&lt;poem&gt;&lt;/nowiki&gt;&lt;/code&gt;, pa je sve ostalo nepotrebno.
#Lijepo izgleda. Slaže se sa zaglavljem, ljubičasta nijansa je ista. Daje poeziji otmjen štih.
#'''Smješta pjesmu na sredinu''' (mislim da je o tome bilo govora), bez narušavanja njenog grafičkog izgleda. Kod kratkih pjesama bilo je puno bjeline sa strane, sad to nije slučaj.

&lt;small&gt;Kad budem navodio strane Wikizvore i Wikipedije, to je tek zato da se uzmu u obzir, ne da mora biti tako.&lt;/small&gt;
#Na Wikizvoru postoji pravilo da tu ne spadaju tekstovi na stranom jeziku. Ovdje se slažemo.

#Ja tvrdim da je kod slučaja himni ta iznimka potrebna. Ponavljam, pobiješ li mi argumente, odustajem od stava i brišem strane tekstove.
Kako bismo dobro utvrdili je li iznimka potrebna, nužno je znati stanje s himnama koje se tiče i Wikipedije i Wikizvora. Rubno je to područje jer nema jasnih pravila. Engleski uvijek, francuski i portugalski ponegdje podržavaju paralelno strani izvornik i prijevod. Njemački, talijanski i poljski gotovo da nemaju stranih. 

Na mnogim Wikipedijama (engl., franc.) tekstovi i prijevod postoje dvostruko: na Wikipediji i na Wikizvoru. Polazio sam od mišljenja da Wikipediji nisu potrebni tekstovi himni, koji uza se povlače prijevode, prijepise, inačice i drugo. Smatrao sam da to nije za enciklopediju, iako se na stranici Što Wikipedija nije to izričito ne spominje. '''Dakako da je potreban citat''', pa sam citirao ([[w:Himni i Flamurit]], [[w:Mila Rodino]]). '''Mislim da bi na Wikipediji trebao biti članak,''' dakle brojni podaci o himni, poput povijesti, nastanka, političkog okvira, korištenju, razvoju itd. Za to ima materijala. Logično da u Wikizvor spadaju izvorni tekstovi. E sad dolazimo do problema:

Smatram da ima jedino u slučaju da je taj prijevod objavio neki umjetnik i da zadovoljava uvjete za Wikizvor. Ali prijevodi su najvećim dijelom suradnički, ne baš kvalitetni prijevodi. Pored Wikizvorovih prijevoda često se navodi izvornik ([http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Whoe'er_in_Heav'n_above_Does_Wish_to_See_on_Earth preveo Ivan Štambuk]) iako ne postoji pravilo, kako bi netko i sa slabim znanjem usporedio i uvidio kvalitetu prijevoda. Osim toga, himne se uvijek izvode na izvornom jeziku, pa ako netko sluša vokalnu izvedbu, dobro mu dođe izvornik pred očima.

As many of you are aware, the Wikimedia Board of Trustees recently initiated important changes in the way that money is being distributed within the Wikimedia movement. Already in 2012-13, its recommendations will guide the decisions about the distribution of over 10 million US dollars among the Foundation, chapters and other [[m:Funds_Dissemination_Committee/Framework_for_the_Creation_and_Initial_Operation_of_the_FDC#Eligible_fund-seeking_entities|eligible entities]].

Now, seven capable, knowledgeable and trustworthy community members are sought to volunteer on the initial Funds Dissemination Committee. It is expected to take up its work in September. As some of you might already have heard Wikimedia Deutschland is working on a new Wikimedia project. It is called [[m:Wikidata]]. The goal of Wikidata is to become a central data repository for the Wikipedias, its sister projects and the world. In the future it will hold data like the number of inhabitants of a country, the date of birth of a famous person or the length of a river. These can then be used in all Wikimedia projects and outside of them.

The project is divided into three phases and &quot;we are getting close to roll-out the first phase&quot;. The phases are:
# language links in the Wikipedias (making it possible to store the links between the language editions of an article just once in Wikidata instead of in each linked article)
# infoboxes (making it possible to store the data that is currently in infoboxes in one central place and share the data)
# lists (making it possible to create lists and similar things based on queries to Wikidata so they update automatically when new data is added or modified)

I am searching for volunteers to spend 30 minutes on a Skype chat with me, reviewing their own country's donation pages. It will be done on a 'usability' format (I will ask you to read the text and go through the donation flow) and will be asking your feedback in the meanwhile. 

The only pre-requisite is for the volunteer to actually live in the country and to have access to at least one donation method that we offer for that country (mainly credit/debit card, but also real-time banking like IDEAL, E-wallets, etc...) so we can do a live test and see if the donation goes through. ''All volunteers will be reimbursed of the donations that eventually succeed'' (and they will be low amounts, like 1-2 dollars)

Što se to podrazumieva pod stranim jezikom? Da li svaki jezik koji se neuklapa u hrvatski novoštokavski standard ili svaka inačica jezika koja nije štokavska? Ako je tako tada pola hrvatskog Wikizvora bi se trebalo obrisati, jer ako Prešeren se traba prevoditi, tada se prevoditi moraju i Marulić, i Vitezović, i Zrinski, i Frankopan, i Domjanić, i Lucić, pa čak i dubrovački pisci. Nije li to absurdno? Da u Hrvatski jezik spadaju srbski i crnogorski pisci, i jezik kojim su oni pisali netreba se prevoditi, već se podrazumieva pod jezikom kojeg vi zovete hrvatskim. Koliko ja znam u današnjezvanom slovenskom jeziku nepostoji ni jedna rieč, koja se nemože naći u lexiku kajkavskog nariečja, a ukoliko netko nerazumije kajkavski jezik (uključujući današnju Slovenščinu) ili čakavski koji je isto tako sličniji &quot;slovenskom&quot; jeziku negoli današnje hrvatskom, tada taj, nerazumije hrvatski jezik i nema što tražiti na hrvatskoj inačici Wikizvora neka svoju književnu slast utaži u srbskoj inačici (srbski jezik nema takvo bogatsvo jezika i rieči). Kakav strani jezik? Štokavski jezik je jedan jezik, kako l' god ga kakve budale zbog političkih i nationalnih opredjeljenja zvali. Po takvomu bi trebalo obrisati sve članke na štokavskom jeziku, jer u biti štokavski jezik s jedne strane i jest strani; samo kajkavski i čakavski su izvono hrvatski jezici, a štokavski ako me dobro poviest služi, jest izvono srbski jezik.

Tako draga gospodo, kad je već standardni hrvatski jezik, ionako srbophon i hrvati ga smatraju svojim, čak do te idiotske mjere da hrvatske jezike, kajkavski i čakavski smatraju vulgarnim i nazadnim (govorom običnog puka i seljaštva) što je u biti smiešno jer linguistički gledano znatno su chromatičniji i rječno bogatiji od štokavskog sa puno širom i poviesno gledano bitnijom ulogom: što nam onda treba da brišemo članke koji su na srbskom, bosanskom, pa po novom i na crnogorskom jeziku, kada su to jedan te isti jezik, koji se razlikuju gotovo u ničemu.

Think of it as a digital laboratory where community members can preview upcoming software and give feedback to help improve them. This special preference page lets designers and engineers experiment with new features on a broad scale, but in a way that's not disruptive.

Beta Features is now ready for testing on [[mw:Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-betafeatures|MediaWiki.org]]. It will also be released on Wikimedia Commons and MetaWiki this Thursday, 7 November. Based on test results, the plan is to release it on all wikis worldwide on 21 November, 2013.

Hi!

I am Wikidata's product manager. If you are unfamilar with Wikidata please have a look at [[d:Q3107329]] for example.

As you might already have heard Wikisource will be the fourth project supported by Wikidata after Wikipedia, Wikivoyage and Commons. We are currently planning this for January 14th. From this point on you will be able to handle the links between projects in Wikidata. This means you will only have to maintain them once instead of having them duplicated in every article. However fear not: the local interwiki links will still continue to work and they will overwrite what comes from Wikidata.

This is the first step of Wikidata supporting Wikisource. In a second step we will enable access to the actual data on Wikidata like biographical data about authors. I do not have a date for that yet however.

The planning is happening at [[d:Wikidata:Wikisource]]. We are still looking for some more ambassadors who can help during the process and make sure everything goes smoothly for you. Please add your name to the list at [[d:Wikidata:Wikisource]] if you're willing to do this.

Hey everyone :)

As previously announced we have just enabled interwiki links via Wikidata for Wikisource. This means from now on you no longer have to maintain the links in the Wikitext but can maintain them together with the links for Wikipedia, Commons and Wikivoyage on Wikidata. You will still be able to keep them locally though if you want to. Local interwiki links will overwrite the ones from Wikidata.
You do not yet have access to the other data on Wikidata like the date of birth of an author. That will come in a future deployment. I will let you know when I have a date for it.

If you have any questions [[d:Wikidata:Wikisource]] is a good first step. It also has a list of people familiar with both Wikisource and Wikidata who are able to help you out. That is also a good place for any issues or bugs you encounter.

This digital video standard is used widely around the world to record, edit and watch videos on mobile phones, desktop computers and home video devices. Supporting the MP4 format would make it much easier for our users to view and contribute video on Wikipedia and Wikimedia projects -- and video files could be offered in dual formats on our sites, so we could continue to support current open formats (WebM and Ogg Theora). 

However, MP4 is a patent-encumbered format, and using a proprietary format would be a departure from our current practice of only supporting open formats on our sites -- even though the licenses appear to have acceptable legal terms, with only a small fee required. 

We would appreciate your guidance on whether or not to support MP4. Our Request for Comments presents views both in favor and against MP4 support, based on opinions we’ve heard in our discussions with community and team members.

What is actually more interesting is access to the data in Wikidata like the date of birth of an author or the year a book was published. We have planned this for February 25th (unless any issues arise). You will then be able to use the data in your articles. I hope this will open up a lot of new opportunities for you.

A new preference was added for logged-in users to turn on ULS. This was done to prevent slow loading of pages due to ULS webfonts, a behaviour that had been observed by the Wikimedia Technical Operations team on some wikis. 

We are now ready to enable ULS again. The temporary preference to enable ULS will be removed. A [[commons:File:ULS-font-checkbox.png|new checkbox]] has been added to the Language Panel to enable/disable font delivery. This will be unchecked by default for this wiki, but can be selected at any time by the users to enable webfonts. This is an interim solution while we improve the feature of webfonts delivery.

So, for example, the Wikipedia article about Berlin can only get data from the Wikidata item about Berlin but not from the item about Germany. This had technical reasons. We are now removing this limitation. It is already done for French Wikisource and Dutch Wikipedia. Your project is one of the next ones: 
* 18. May: Farsi Wikipedia, English Wikivoyage, Hebrew Wikipedia
* 1. June: Italian Wikipedia, all remaining Wikisource

We hope to have it rolled out nearly everywhere by the end of June 2015.

During Wikimedia Hackathon 2016, the [[mw:Wikimedia_Discovery|Discovery]] team [https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T109561 worked] on one of the items on the 2015 community wishlist, namely [[m:2015_Community_Wishlist_Survey/Search#Provide_a_means_of_searching_for_deleted_pages|enabling searching the archive of deleted pages]]. This feature is now ready for production deployment, and will be enabled on all wikis, except Wikidata. 

Right now, the feature is behind a feature flag - to use it on your wiki, please go to the &lt;code&gt;Special:Undelete&lt;/code&gt; page, and add &lt;code&gt;&amp;fuzzy=1&lt;/code&gt; to the URL, like this: https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AUndelete&amp;fuzzy=1. Then search for the pages you're interested in. There should be more results than before, due to using ElasticSearch indexing (via the CirrusSearch extension).

We plan to enable this improved search by default on all wikis soon (around August 1, 2017). If you have any objections to this - please raise them with the Discovery team via [http://mailto:discovery@lists.wikimedia.org email] or on this announcement's discussion page. Like most Mediawiki configuration parameters, the functionality can be configured per wiki. 
Once the improved search becomes the default, you can still access the old mode using &lt;code&gt;&amp;fuzzy=0&lt;/code&gt; in the URL, like this: https://test.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AUndelete&amp;fuzzy=0

I apologize for posting in English. I would like to inform everyone that I created a new global request for comment (GRFC) at Meta Wiki, which may affect your project: [[:m:Requests for comment/Set short project namespace aliases by default globally]].

In this GRFC, I propose that two-project shortcuts for project names will become a default alias for the project namespace. For instance, on all Wikipedias, WP will be an alias to the Wikipedia: namespace (and similar for other projects). Full list is available in the GRFC.

This is already the case for Wikivoyages, and many individual projects asked for this alias to be implemented. I believe this makes it easier to access the materials in the project namespace, as well as creating shortcuts like &lt;tt&gt;WP:NPOV&lt;/tt&gt;, as well as helps new projects to use this feature, without having to figure out how to request site configuration changes first.

As far as I can see, {{SITENAME}} currently does not have such an alias set. This means that such an alias will be set for you, if the GRFC is accepted by the global community.

[[User:SWilson (WMF)|Sam Wilson]] and [[User:SGill (WMF)|I]] are excited to share that we will be hosting regular [[:meta:Wikisource Triage meetings|Wikisource Triage meetings]], starting from 21st March 2022. 

These meetings aim to foster the growth of a technical community of Wikisource developers and contributors. The meetings will be primarily focused on identifying, prioritizing and estimating tasks on the All-and-every-Wikisource and ProofreadPage workboards (among others) on Phabricator and eventually reduce the backlog of technical tasks and bugs related to Wikisource by making incremental improvements to Wikisource infrastructure and coordinating these changes with the Wikisource communities.

While these meetings are technology focused, non-technical Wikisource contributors are also invited to join and share any technical challenges that they are facing and we will help them to create phabricator tickets. Newbie developers are also more than welcome!

== Uvod ==

Budući da su priznavanje urođenog dostojanstva i jednakih i neotuđivih prava svih članova ljudske obitelji temelj slobode, pravde i mira u svijetu,

Budući da su nepoštovanje i preziranje prava čovjeka imali za posljedicu akte, koji su grubo vrijeđali savjest čovječanstva i budući da je stvaranje svijeta u kojem će ljudska bića uživati slobodu govora i vjerovanja i slobodu od straha i nestašice bilo proglašeno kao najviša težnja običnih ljudi,

Budući da je bitno da prava čovjeka budu zaštićena vladavinom prava, da čovjek ne bi bio primoran da kao za posljednjim sredstvom posegne za pobunom protiv tiranije i ugnjetavanja,

Budući da je bitno da se unapređuje razvoj prijateljskih odnosa između naroda;

Budući da su narodi Ujedinjenih naroda ponovno potvrdili u Povelji svoju vjeru u osnovna prava čovjeka, u dostojanstvo i vrijednost čovjekove osobe i ravnopravnost muškaraca i žena i budu i da su odlučili unapređivati društveni napredak i bolji životni standard u široj slobodi,

Budući da su se države članice obvezale da u suradnji s Ujedinjenim narodima postignu unapređenje općeg poštovanja čovjekovih prava i osnovnih sloboda i njihovo održavanje,

Budući da je zajedničko razumijevanje tih prava i sloboda od najveće važnosti za puno ostvarenje te obveze,

OPĆA SKUPŠTINA

proglašava

OVU OPĆU DEKLARACIJU O PRAVIMA ČOVJEKA kao zajedničko mjerilo postignuća za sve narode i sve države radi toga da bi svaki pojedinac i svaki organ društva, imajući Deklaraciju stalno na umu, težili da učenjem i odgojem pridonesu poštovanju tih prava i sloboda i da bi naprednim nacionalnim i međunarodnim mjerama osigurali njihovo opće i djelotvorno priznavanje i održavanje, kako među narodima samih država članica, tako i među narodima onih područja koja su pod njihovom sudbenošću.

== Članak 1. ==
Sva ljudska bića rađaju se slobodna i jednaka u dostojanstvu i pravima. Ona su obdarena razumom i sviješću i treba da jedno prema drugome postupaju u duhu bratstva.

== Članak 2. ==
Svakome su dostupna sva prava i slobode navedene u ovoj Deklaraciji bez razlike bilo koje vrste, kao što su rasa, boja, spol, jezik, vjera, političko ili drugo mišljenje, nacionalno ili društveno porijeklo, imovina, rođenje ili drugi pravni položaj. Nadalje, ne smije se činiti bilo kakva razlika na osnovi političkog, pravnog ili međunarodnog položaja zemlje ili područja kojima neka osoba pripada, bilo da je to područje neovisno, pod starateljstvom, nesamoupravno, ili da se nalazi ma pod kojima drugim ograničenjima suverenosti.

== Članak 3. ==
Svatko ima pravo na život, slobodu i osobnu sigurnost.

== Članak 4. ==
Nitko ne smije biti držan u ropstvu ili ropskom odnosu; ropstvo i trgovina robljem zabranjuju se u svim svojim oblicima.

== Članak 5. ==
Nitko ne smije biti podvrgnut mučenju ili okrutnom, nečovječnom ili ponižavajućem postupku ili kažnjavanju.

== Članak 6. ==
Svatko ima pravo da se svugdje pred zakonom priznaje kao osoba.

== Članak 7. ==
Svi su pred zakonom jednaki i imaju pravo, bez ikakve diskriminacije, na jednaku zaštitu zakona. Svi imaju pravo na jednaku zaštitu protiv bilo kakve diskriminacije kojom se krši ova Deklaracija i protiv svakog poticanja na takvu diskriminaciju.

== Članak 8. ==
Svatko ima pravo na djelotvorna pravna sredstva putem nadležnih nacionalnih sudova zbog djela kojima se krše osnovna prava koja mu pripadaju temeljem ustava i zakona.

== Članak 9. ==
Nitko ne smije biti podvrgnut samovoljnom uhićenju, zatvoru ili izgonu.

== Članak 10. ==
Svatko ima pravo da ga u punoj jednakosti pošteno i javno sasluša neovisan i nepristran sud radi utvrđivanja njegovih prava i obveza i bilo kakve kaznene optužbe protiv njega.

== Članak 11. ==
(1) Svatko optužen za kazneno djelo ima pravo da se smatra nevinim dok se na osnovi zakona krivnja ne dokaže na javnoj raspravi na kojoj je imao sva jamstva potrebna za svoju obranu.

(2) Nitko se ne smije smatrati krivim za kazneno djelo na osnovi bilo kakvog čina ili propusta koji nisu bili kazneno djelo prema nacionalnom ili međunarodnom pravu u vrijeme kada su bili počinjeni. Isto tako ne smije se izricati teža kazna od one koja se mogla primijeniti kada je kazneno djelo počinjeno.

== Članak 12. ==
Nitko ne smije biti izvrgnut samovoljnom miješanju u svoj privatni život, obitelj, dom ili dopisivanje, niti napadajima na svoju čast i ugled. Svatko ima pravo na zaštitu zakona protiv takvog miješanja ili napada.

== Članak 13. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo na slobodu kretanja i stanovanja unutar granica svake države.

(2) Svatko ima pravo napustiti bilo koju zemlju, uključujući svoju vlastitu, i vratiti se u svoju zemlju.

== Članak 14. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo tražiti i uživati u drugim zemljama utočište pred progonima.

(2) Na to se pravo ne može pozivati u slučaju progona koji su izazvani nepolitičkim zločinima ili djelima protivnima ciljevima i načelima Ujedinjenih naroda.

== Članak 15. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo na državljanstvo.

(2) Nitko ne smije samovoljno biti lišen svoga državljanstva niti mu se smije odreći pravo da promijeni svoje državljanstvo.

== Članak 16. ==
(1) Punoljetni muškarci i žene, bez ikakvih ograničenja u pogledu rase, državljanstva ili vjere, imaju pravo sklopiti brak i osnovati obitelj. Oni su ravnopravni prilikom sklapanja braka, za vrijeme njegova trajanja i prilikom njegova razvoda.

(2) Brak se sklapa samo uz slobodan i potpun pristanak onih koji namjeravaju stupiti u brak.

(3) Obitelj je prirodna i osnovna društvena jedinica i ima pravo na zaštitu društva i države.

== Članak 17. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo da sam posjeduje imovinu, a isto tako da je posjeduje u zajednici s drugima.

(2) Nitko ne smije samovoljno biti lišen svoje imovine.

== Članak 18. ==
Svatko ima pravo na slobodu misli, savjesti i vjere; to pravo uključuje slobodu da promijeni svoju vjeru ili vjerovanje i slobodu da, bilo pojedinačno ili zajedno s drugima, javno ili privatno, očituje vjeru ili vjerovanje učenjem, praktičnim vršenjem, obredima i održavanjem.

== Članak 19. ==
Svatko ima pravo na slobodu mišljenja i izražavanja; ovo pravo uključuje slobodu mišljenja, bez tuđeg miješanja, a isto tako i traženje, primanje i priopćavanje obavijesti i ideja bilo kojim sredstvima i bez obzira na granice.

== Članak 20. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo na slobodu mirnog okupljanja i udruživanja.

(2) Nitko ne može biti primoran pripadati nekom udruženju.

== Članak 21. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo sudjelovati u upravi svoje zemlje, neposredno ili preko slobodno izabranih predstavnika.

(2) Svatko ima pravo na jednak pristup javnim službama u svojoj zemlji.

(3) Volja naroda treba da bude osnova državne vlasti; ta se volja mora izražavati povremenim i slobodnim izborima, uz opće i jednako pravo glasa, tajnim glasovanjem ili odgovarajućim postupcima slobodnog glasovanja.

== Članak 22. ==
Svatko, kao član društva, ima pravo na socijalno osiguranje i pravo ostvarivati gospodarska, socijalna i kulturna prava potrebna za svoje dostojanstvo i za razvoj svoje osobnosti putem državne pomoći i međunarodne suradnje, a u skladu s organizacijom i sredstvima svake države.

== Članak 23. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo na rad, na slobodan izbor zaposlenja, na pravične i povoljne uvjete rada i na zaštitu od nezaposlenosti.

(2) Svatko bez razlike ima pravo na jednaku plaću za jednaki rad.

(3) Svatko tko radi ima pravo na pravičnu i povoljnu plaću koja njemu i njegovoj obitelji osigurava čovjeka dostojni opstanak i koja se, po potrebi, dopunjuje drugim sredstvima socijalne zaštite.

(4) Svatko ima pravo radi zaštite svojih interesa osnivati sindikate i stupati u njih.

== Članak 24. ==
Svatko ima pravo na odmor i dokolicu, uključujući razumno ograničenje radnih sati i periodične plaćene dopuste.

== Članak 25. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo na životni standard koji odgovara zdravlju i dobrobiti njega samoga i njegove obitelji, uključujući hranu, odjeću, stan i liječničku njegu, te potrebne socijalne usluge, kao i pravo na osiguranje u slučaju nezaposlenosti, bolesti, nesposobnosti, udovištva, starosti ili drugog pomanjkanja sredstava za život u prilikama koje su izvan njegove moći.

(2) Majka i dijete imaju pravo na posebnu skrb i pomoć. Sva djeca, rođena bilo u braku ili izvan njega, moraju uživati istu socijalnu zaštitu.

== Članak 26. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo na obrazovanje. Obrazovanje mora biti besplatno, bar u osnovnim i nižim stupnjevima. Osnovno obrazovanje mora biti obvezatno. Tehničko i stručno obrazovanje mora biti općenito pristupačno, a više obrazovanje također mora biti pristupačno svima na osnovi sposobnosti.

(2) Obrazovanje mora biti usmjereno punom razvitku ljudske osobe i na učvršćenje poštovanja čovjekovih prava i osnovnih sloboda. Ono mora unapređivati razumijevanje, snošljivost i prijateljstvo među svim narodima, rasnim i vjerskim skupinama i mora unapređivati djelatnost Ujedinjenih naroda na održanju mira.

(3) Roditelji imaju prvenstveno pravo birati vrstu obrazovanja za svoju djecu.

== Članak 27. ==
(1) Svatko ima pravo slobodno sudjelovati u kulturnom životu zajednice, uživati u umjetnosti i sudjelovati u znanstvenom napretku i u njegovim koristima.

(2) Svatko ima pravo na zaštitu moralnih i materijalnih interesa koji proistječu od ma kojeg znanstvenog, književnog ili umjetničkog djela kojemu je autor.

== Članak 28. ==
Svatko ima pravo na društveni i međunarodni poredak u kojem prava i slobode navedeni u ovoj Deklaraciji mogu biti potpuno ostvareni.

== Članak 29. ==
(1) Svatko ima obveze prema zajednici iz koje je jedino moguće slobodno i puno razvijanje njegove osobnosti.

(2) U izvršavanju svojih prava i sloboda svatko mora biti podvrgnut samo ograničenjima određenima zakonom isključivo radi osiguranja dužnog priznanja i poštovanja prava i sloboda drugih i radi zadovoljenja pravičnih zahtjeva morala, javnog poretka i općeg blagostanja u demokratskom društvu.

(3) Ta prava i slobode ni u kojem se slučaju ne mogu primjenjivati protivno ciljevima i načelima Ujedinjenih naroda.

== Članak 30. ==
Ništa se u ovoj Deklaraciji ne može tumačiti kao pravo ma koje države, skupine ili osobe da sudjeluje bilo u kojoj djelatnosti ili da čini bilo kakvu radnju usmjerenu uništenju bilo kojih ovdje navedenih prava i sloboda.
