*Official documents (laws, court decisions, other texts of legislative, administrative or judicial character);

*Folk creative works;
*Reports about events and facts, of informative character.

Russian copyrights generally expire in 70 years after the death of the author. Items by authors who died prior to 1953 are public domain, because the expiration term was 50 years before 2004, and this change of the term wasn't retroactive, according to [https://web.archive.org/web/20100407062537/http://www.copyrighter.ru/full/index.html?apispnew.htm Law 72-FZ, 2004 (in Russian)], article 2, part 3).

This gives maximum term for unpublished or posthumously published works of 140 (if the author died after 1953) or 120 years (if the author died before 1953, AND his work was published before 2003).

If an item was published anonymously or pseudonymously, and its author remains unknown, its copyright expires in 70 years after its first lawful publication. If the author is discovered, usual rule applies.

PD status of a work in Russia can differ with that in the US, where Wikipedia servers are located.

===Algeria===

Article 9 of Algeria's [https://web.archive.org/web/20060707042913/http://lexinter.net/DZ/ordonnance_relative_aux_droits_d%27auteur_et_aux_droits_voisins.htm Ordonnance N°97-10 du 27 Chaoual 1417 correspondant au 6 mars 1997 relative aux droits d'auteur et aux droits voisins.] states that: &quot;Works of the State made licitly accessible to the public may be freely used for non-profit purposes, subject to respect for the integrity of the work and indication of its source. == Contributors' rights and obligations ==

If you contribute material to Wikipedia, you thereby license it to the public

In order to contribute, you therefore must be in a position to grant this

However, it would still be unethical (but not illegal) to do so without citing the original as a reference. === Linking to copyrighted works ===

Linking to copyrighted works is usually not a problem, as long as you have made a reasonable effort to determine that the page in question is not violating ''someone else's'' copyright. If it is, please do ''not'' link to the page. Whether such a link is contributory infringement is currently being debated in the courts,{{fact}} but in any case, linking to a site that illegally distributes someone else's work sheds a bad light on us. If the site in question is making fair use of the material, linking is OK.

=== If you find a copyright infringement ===

It is not the job of rank-and-file Wikipedians to police content for possible copyright infringement, but if you suspect one, you should at the very least bring up the issue on that page's talk page. Others can then examine the situation and take action if needed. The most helpful piece of information you can provide is a URL or other reference to what you believe may be the source of the text.

Some cases will be false alarms. For example, if the contributor was in fact the author of the text that is published elsewhere under different terms, that does not affect their right to post it here under the GFDL. Also, sometimes you will find text elsewhere on the Web that was copied from Wikipedia. In both of these cases, it is a good idea to make a note in the talk page to discourage such false alarms in the future.

If some of the content of a page really is an infringement, then the infringing content should be removed, and a note to that effect should be made on the talk page, along with the original source. If the author's permission is obtained later, the text can be restored.

If ''all'' of the content of a page is a suspected copyright infringement, then the page should be listed on [[Wikipedia:Copyright problems]] and the content of the page replaced by the standard notice which you can find there. If, after a week, the page still appears to be a copyright infringement, then it may be deleted following the procedures on the votes page.

In extreme cases of contributors continuing to post copyrighted material after appropriate warnings, such users may be blocked from editing to protect the project.

The concept that matter is composed of discrete units and can not be divided into any arbitrarily tiny or small quantities has been around for thousands of years.

The references to atoms in West, emerge a century later by [[Leucippus]] whose student, [[Democritus]], systemized his views. In around 450 [[BCE]],  Democritus coined the term ''atomos'', which meant &quot;uncuttable&quot;. Though both the Indian and Greek concepts of the atom were based purely on philosophy, modern science has retained the name coined by Democritus.

In 1803, [[John Dalton]] used the concept of atoms to explain why elements always reacted in [[Law of multiple proportions|simple proportions]], and why certain gases dissolved better in water than others.  He proposed that each element consists of atoms of a single, unique type, and that these atoms could join to each other, to form compound chemical.

In 1827 a British botanist [[Robert Brown (botanist)|Robert Brown]] used a microscope to look at dust grains floating in water. He called their erratic motion &quot;[[Brownian motion]]&quot;. [[Albert Einstein]] would later demonstrate that this motion was due to the water molecules bombarding the grains.

In 1897, [[JJ Thomson]], through his work on [[cathode rays]], discovered the electron and its subatomic nature, which destroyed the concept of atoms as being indivisible units.  Later, Thomson also discovered the existence of isotopes through his work on ionized gases.  

Thomson believed that the electrons were distributed evenly throughout the atom, balanced by the presence of a uniform sea of positive charge.  However, in 1909, the [[gold foil experiment]] was interpreted by [[Ernest Rutherford]] as suggesting that the positive charge of an atom and most of its mass was concentrated in a nucleus at the center of the atom ([[Rutherford model]]), with the electrons orbiting it like planets around a sun. In 1913, [[Niels Bohr]] added [[quantum mechanics]] into this model, which now stated that the electrons were locked or confined into clearly defined orbits, and could jump between these, but could not freely spiral inward or outward in intermediate states.

In 1926, [[Erwin Schrodinger]], using [[Louis DeBroglie]]'s 1924 proposal that all particles behave to an extent like waves, developed a mathematical model of the atom that described the electrons as three-dimensional waveforms, rather than point particles. A consequence of using waveforms to describe electrons, pointed out by [[Werner Heisenberg]] a year later, is that it is mathematically impossible to obtain precise values for both the position and momentum of a particle at any point in time; this became known as the [[uncertainty principle]]. In this concept, for any given value of position one could only obtain a range of probable values for momentum, and vice versa.  Although this model was difficult to visually conceptualize, it was able to explain many observations of atomic behavior that previous models could not, such as certain structural and spectral patterns of atoms bigger than hydrogen. Thus, the planetary model of the atom was discarded in favor of one that described orbital zones around the nucleus where a given electron is most likely to exist.

Protons and neutrons make up a dense, massive [[atomic nucleus]], and are collectively called [[nucleon]]s. The electrons form the much larger [[electron cloud]] surrounding the nucleus. Both protons and neutrons are themselves now thought to be composed of even more elementary particles, [[quarks]].

Atoms of the same [[chemical element|element]] have the same number of protons (called the [[atomic number]]). Within a single element, the number of neutrons may vary, determining the [[isotope]] of that element. The number of electrons associated with an atom is most easily changed, due to the lower energy of binding of electrons. The number of protons (and neutrons) in the atomic nucleus may also change, via [[nuclear fusion]], [[nuclear fission]], bombardment by high energy subatomic particles or photons, or certain (but not all) types of [[radioactive decay]]. In such processes which change the number of protons in a nucleus, the atom becomes an atom of a different chemical element.

Atoms are [[electric charge|electrically]] neutral if they have an equal number of protons and electrons. Atoms which have either a deficit or a surplus of electrons are called [[ion]]s. Electrons that are furthest from the nucleus may be transferred to other nearby atoms or shared between atoms. By this mechanism atoms are able to [[chemical bond|bond]] into [[molecule]]s and other types of [[chemical compound]]s like ionic and covalent network crystals.

For gases and certain molecular liquids and solids (such as [[water]] and [[sugar]]), molecules are the smallest division of matter which retains chemical properties; however, there are also many solids and liquids which are made of atoms, but do not contain discrete molecules (such as [[salt (chemistry)|salts]], [[Rock (geology)|rocks]], and liquid and solid [[metal]]s). Thus, while molecules are common on Earth (making up all of the atmosphere and most of the oceans), most of the mass of the Earth (much of the crust, and all of the mantle and core) is ''not'' made of identifiable molecules, but rather represents atomic matter in other networked arrangements, all of which lack the particular type of small-scale interrupted order (i.e., small, strongly-bound collections of atoms held to other collections of atoms by much weaker forces) that is associated with molecular matter.

Most molecules are made up of multiple atoms; for example, a molecule of water is a combination of two [[हाइड्रोजन|hydrogen]] atoms and one [[अक्सिजन|oxygen]] atom. The term &quot;molecule&quot; in gases has been used as a synonym for the fundamental particles of the gas, whatever their structure. The first nuclei, including most of the helium and all of the deuterium in the universe, were theoretically created during [[big bang nucleosynthesis]], about 3 minutes after the [[big bang]].  The first atoms were theoretically created 380,000 years after the big bang, an epoch called [[Timeline of the Big Bang#Recombination: 380.2C000 years|recombination]], when the universe cooled enough to allow electrons to become attached to nuclei.  Since then, atoms have been combined in [[stars]] through the process of [[nuclear fusion]] to generate atoms up to Iron.  Some atoms such as &lt;sup&gt;6&lt;/sup&gt;Li are generated in space through [[Cosmic ray spallation]].  Elements heavier than Iron were generated in [[supernovae]] through the [[r-process]] and in [[Asymptotic giant branch|AGB stars]] through the [[s-process]].  Some elements, such as [[लिड|lead]], formed largely through the radioactive decay of heavier elements.  

Most of the atoms that currently make up the earth and all its inhabitants were present in their current form in the nebula that formed the solar system.  The rest are the result of radioactive decay, and their relative proportion can be used to determine the [[age of the earth]] through [[radiometric dating]].  Most of the [[हिलियम|helium]] on earth is a product of [[alpha-decay]].  

There are a few trace atoms on Earth that were not present at the beginning, nor are results of radioactive decay.  [[Carbon-14]] is continuously generated by cosmic rays in the atmosphere.  Some atoms on Earth have been artificially generated either deliberately or as by-products of nuclear reactors or explosions, including all the [[प्लुटोनियम|plutonium]] and [[टेक्नेसियम|technetium]] on the earth.

सिद्धिकाली देवीं थः भक्तजनपिनिगु मनोकांक्षा पूवंकी धइगु जनविश्वास दु । न्हियान्हिथं आपालं भक्तजनत वइ । मंगलवाः व शनिवाः सिद्धिकाली देवीया पूजा यायेगु विशेष दिं खः । मंगलवाः व शनिवाः बहनी थनया अप्वःसिनं  चाकमता च्याएकेगु याई । भक्तजनपिन्सं दियोय् चिकं तयाः देगः जःखः दीप प्रज्वलन याइ ।

सिद्धिकाली देगःया पूर्वपाखे कुतुङ नांया चिकिचाधंगु पहाड दु : डाँडा । हनुमानं सञ्जीवाणी पर्वत ज्वनाः न्यासि वंबलय् थन सञ्जीवाणी पर्वतया छगू ब्व कुतुं वंगु जनविश्वास दु । कुतुङ : नेवा भाषाया अर्थ कुतुंवंगु पहाड खः ।

गथांमंगल – गथांमुग चतुर्दशीया दिं ३ म्ह थीथी गथांमुगयात सिद्धिकाली देगःया लिक्कसं च्वंगु खाइया सिथय् घ्वानाः अन हे च्याकेगु याइ । दँय्दसं थिमिया नास्ननी टोल, दिगु टोल व वचुननी–कुमाननी टोलं थन ३ म्ह गथांमुग साला यंकेगु याइ । गथांमुग चतुर्दशी छगू  नखः खः गुकिं नेवाः जातिया नखःचखः सुरु जुइ ।

दशैंया फुलपतिया दिं फुलपतियात सिद्धिकली देगःपाखें थिमिया लाइकू तलेजु देगलय् हयेगु याइसा विजयादशमीया कन्हय् कुन्हु बालकुमारी देगःया परिसरय् खड्ग जात्रा (खा: प्या वैगु) हनेगु याइ ।

सिद्धिकाली जात्रा दच्छिया निक्वः हनीगु खः । वैशाख महिनाय् छकः बिस्का जात्रा व मेगु भद्र महिनाय् येँयाः पुन्हि जात्रा धाइ । येँयाः पुन्हि कुन्हु बहनी देवी सिद्धिकालीयात द्योछेँ  निसें देगलय् हइ गुकियात द्यो ब्वयेगु जात्रा धाइ । देगलय् विशेष पुजा यानाः द्योछेँ लिहां वनी । द्यो ब्वयेगु जात्राया इलय् धिमे बाजाय् द्यो ब्वयेगु ताल जक थायेगु याइ । कन्हय् कुन्हु प्रतिपदा तिथिया बहनी सिद्धिकाली जात्रा (सिद्धिकली जात्राया परम्परागत रुट) खट कुपिया , धिमे थानाः, भुस्या थानाः चिलाखा (विशेष प्रकारया दीप) ज्वनाः न्यायेकेगु याइ । सिद्धिकाली जात्रा द्योछेँय् न्ह्यानाः थिमि कोर लागा परिक्रमा यानाः हाकनं द्योछेँय् क्वचाइ ।
