English Wiktionary
English Wiktionary has a dictionary definition (word meaning) for:

Gymnastics is a sport which involves running, jumping, tumbling, somersaulting, and balancing. For females, there are four pieces of equipment that the gymnasts do tricks on: floor, bars, beam and vault. For males, there are five pieces of equipment that the gymnasts do tricks on: floor, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, and the rings.

Gymnasts can compete with other gymnasts to see who can do their tricks better. Usually the winner gets a trophy, ribbon, or a medal.

Trampolines are often used in gymnastics too. They allow gymnasts to learn new tricks so they can do them on their apparatus.

People used to judge gymnasts out of 10, but now a core routine will be judged out of 15. If bonus skills are added this will vary.
