Alice Cooper

Alice Cooper (born Vincent Damon Furnier, February 4, 1948) is an American rock singer, songwriter and musician. He has made music since 1960s. He has influenced many hard rock and heavy metal bands.

At first, "Alice Cooper" was the name of the band with lead singer Vincent Furnier. In 1974, Furnier legally changed his name to Alice Cooper and began to perform alone. The band was first known as "The Spiders". The Alice Cooper band became known worldwide with the 1972 song "School's Out". Their best selling album was the 1973 album "Billion Dollar Babies". Cooper began his solo career with the popular 1975 album Welcome To My Nightmare. He still makes albums and performs to this day.
