The Armenians are an ethnic group ( a group of people with the same culture) which comes from the Caucasus. Their homeland is Armenia. The Armenian culture is very ancient. Armenia was the first country to accept Christianity, when the Armenian king Tiridates III was converted ( changed his religion ) by St. Gregory the Illuminator. Because of this, most Armenians are Christians.
