Dr. Thomas Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856 – February 3, 1924) was born in Virginia in 1856 and grew up in Georgia. He later became the 28th president of the United States of America between 1913 and 1921. He died in 1924.
He grew up as a Presbyterian and his family sided with the Confederacy in 1851. When he was elected President, he fought hard for what he believed in. One of those things was the League of Nations, which was something he liked a lot. The world saw him as a peacemaker. He wanted World War I to be the biggest war ever fought. With this, he could bring an end to war forever.
