The policy seems to apply exclusively to WMF staff and contractors, but I was under the impression that resolutions are also binding, and this resolution contains very broad statements about discriminating agains {{tq|all prospective users and employees}}; I believe that has relevance on-wiki; for example if an admin blocks someone for discriminatory reasons that are in line with local policy, it's much easier to argue they've violated the nondiscrimination resolution than the UCoC. :As a fun fact - there are at least two challenging parts. First of all, we haven't been able to offer preferences to logged-out users. Secondly, dark mode will not look good if different pieces of code (like templates and other CSS written by the communities on each wiki locally) aren't adjusted to it. So it will require lots of work, not only for the Foundation.

We are also trying to be considerate of any given volunteer or user right group's existing demands/preferences and not distracting too much with things like maintenance of &quot;Foundation&quot; content. Trying to find that balance, we have made changes like improving how translations or commentary on content on this wiki can be done by a wide volunteer audience - and will continue to ponder/implement improvements. &quot;Administering&quot; any of that content requires additional time and consideration. I feel the need to link jargons inline for Transparency, while fully aware that is bad-manner or is crossing the line as a translator. Could we either:
* wikify and link jargons inline to the first place it appears within basic instructions;
