== Architecture ==
Dhar Zamindar Bari ke architecture paramparik Bengali zamindari shaili par adharit tha, jismein thoda bahut British colonial prabhav bhi dikhai deta tha. Bhavan ke nirmaan mein moti eent aur choona (lime mortar) ka upyog kiya gaya tha, jo us daur ke nirmaan kala ka pramukh lakshan tha.
Is bari mein bade-bade aangan (courtyards), unche khambe, arched darwaaze aur lambi verandah bani hui thi. Ee design garm aur nami wale mausam ke liye bahut upyogi tha, jisse hawa aur roshni aasani se andar ja sake. Andar ke hisson mein sadharan decorative kaam, cornices aur floral designs bhi dekhe jaate the.
Jab 1919 mein ee bhavan school ke liye upyog mein laaya gaya, tab kai residential kamron ko classrooms mein badla gaya aur kuchh hisson ko office aur administrative kaam ke liye istemaal kiya gaya. Iske bawajood, mool zamindari structure ka kaafi hissa kaayam raha.

Aaj Dhar Zamindar Bari poori tarah surakshit nahi hai. Bhavan ke kai hissa toot chuke hain, lekin ee poora dhvansh nahi hua hai.
