चेदेव उचितम्” इति । ततः प्रभावती जयप्रकाशं पत्रं लिखित्वा स्वसङ्कल्पविषये असूचयत् । जयप्रकाशः उदतरत्, “एतादृशं विषयं पत्राचारेण चर्चयेव इति योग्यं नानुभवाम्यहम् । अतः स्वदेशं यदा प्राप्स्यामि, तदैव चर्चयिष्यावः” इति । ततः [[अमेरिका]]-देशात् पुनरागत्य जयप्रकाशः तया सह ब्रह्मचर्यसम्बद्धां चर्चाम् अकरोत् । जयप्रकाशः प्रभावत्याः ब्रह्मचर्यस्य निर्णयेन दुःखितः आसीत् । तयोः परस्परं बहुवारं चर्चाः यथा आङ्ग्लाः देशत्यागं कुर्युः, तथा चिन्तनीयम् इति द्वितीयः विकल्पः जयप्रकाशेन उपस्थापितः । ब्रिटन्-सर्वकारः [[भारत]]सम्बद्धायाः युद्धनीतेः घोषणां कुर्यात् इति तृतीयविकल्पस्तु कोङ्ग्रेस-पक्षस्य गान्धी-जयप्रकाशयोः विकल्पयोः सम्मिश्रणमासीत् । तदा या स्थितिः आसीत्, तस्याः वर्णनं जयप्रकाशः अकरोत् । सः अलिखत्, “एतस्मिन् काले देशे विचित्रवातावरणस्य दर्शनं कुर्वन्नस्मि अहम् । राजनीतिः दूषिता भवन्ती अस्ति । कुत्रचित् वादविवादाः, कुत्रचित् परस्परम् अभियोगाश्च भवन्तः सन्ति । कश्चित् जनः अन्यस्य जनस्य विरोधं कुर्वन् अस्ति इति अहं पश्यन् अस्मि । कोङ्ग्रेस-पक्षस्य स्थापनायाः चतुःपञ्चाशत् (५४) वर्षाणि अभवन् । एतेषु वर्षेषु महता परिश्रमेण सङ्घटितस्य पक्षस्य विभाजनं मा भूयात् इति मे इच्छा । सद्यः देशाय [[मोहनदास करमचन्द गान्धी|महात्मनः]] आवश्यकता अधिका अस्ति । परन्तु [[मोहनदास करमचन्द गान्धी|महात्मा]] 'वायसरॉय्' इत्यस्य कथने विश्वसिति । अतः [[मोहनदास करमचन्द गान्धी|महात्मना]] 'वायसरॉय्'-सदृशेभ्यः आङ्ग्लाधिकारिभ्यः सावधानेन भाव्यम् । यदि [[मोहनदास करमचन्द गान्धी|महात्मा]] 'चेम्बर् लेन्'-प्रस्तावम् अङ्गीकरोति, तर्हि भारतीयानां [[स्वतन्त्रतान्दोलनं]], प्रजातान्त्रिकशान्तिः, [[न्यायप्रणाली]]त्यादयः नश्यन्ति । एतस्मिन् युद्धे ब्रिटिश्-जनानां कशेरु(spine)भङ्गः भविष्यति । अतः अस्माभिः तेषां सहायकरणे, 'चेम्बर् लेन्'-प्रस्तावस्य अङ्गीकारे च कोऽपि लाभः नास्ति” इति । जयप्रकाशस्य एतादृशात् विद्रोहिभाषणात् आङ्ग्लसर्वकारः क्रुद्धः सन् तं पुनः कारागारं प्रैषयत् । १९४० तमस्य वर्षस्य 'मार्च'-मासस्य षोडशे (१६) दिनाङ्के ‘हरिजन’-मासिके [[मोहनदास करमचन्द गान्धी|महात्मा]] जयप्रकाशस्य कारावासविषये स्वप्रतिक्रियाम् अलिखत्, “जयप्रकाशं कारागारे प्रेषयित्वा सर्वकारेण स्वस्मै महती विपदा जनिता अस्ति । जयप्रकाशः कोऽपि लघुकार्यकर्ता नास्ति । सः तु समाजवादस्य प्रवक्ता अस्ति । तस्य जीवने विश्रामाय समयः अपि नास्ति । सः एकाकी योद्धा (फक्कड़ लड़वैया) अस्ति । तस्य कारावासेन सर्वकारस्यैव हानिः अस्ति” इति । [[मोहनदास करमचन्द गान्धी|महात्मनः]] कथनानन्तरं [[नेहरू]] अपि स्वभाषणे जयप्रकाशस्य कारावासस्य निन्दाम् अकरोत् । एवं सर्वे नेतारः, देशवासिनः च जयप्रकाशस्य कारावसस्य विरोधम् अकुर्वन् । न्यायालये अभियोगस्य काले जयप्रकाशः न्यायाधीशस्य समक्षम् अवदत्, “युद्धं सफलं कर्तुं यानि अस्त्राणि, शस्त्राणि, अन्यानि वस्तूनि च आवश्यकानि आसन्, तेषां सङ्ग्रहणे सर्वकारस्य यः प्रयासः आसीत्, तस्मिन् प्रयासे अहं विघ्नम् अजनयम् इति सर्वकारेण मयि आरोपणं कृतम् अस्ति । परन्तु सर्वकारेण मयि आरोपत्वेन यत् लाञ्छनं कृतमस्ति, तत् तु [[भारत]]मातरं प्रति मम कर्तव्यमासीत् । अतः तं कर्तव्यात्मकम् आरोपम् अहं सहर्षम् अङ्गीकरोमि । अस्य आरोपस्य यः कोऽपि दण्डः अस्ति, सः मया स्वीक्रियते" इति । अग्रे सः अवदत्, "[[भारतम्|भारतस्य]] स्वतन्त्रतायाः लक्ष्ये अवरोधम् उत्पादयितुं सर्वकारेण आङ्ग्लन्यायव्यवस्था रचिता अस्ति । अतः अस्मभ्यं (भारतीयेभ्यः) तस्याः न्यायव्यवस्थायाः विरोधः स्वाभाविकः अस्ति । मम देशः [[द्वितीयविश्वयुद्ध|विश्वयुद्धे]] भागं न गृहिष्यति । यतो हि शोषण-आधिपत्य-अत्याचार-प्रभुत्वादि-स्वार्थपूर्णेभ्यः उद्देशेभ्यः [[जर्मनि]]-[[ब्रिटन्]]-देशौ युद्ध्यमानौ स्तः । [[भारतम्|भारते]] स्थिताः एकाकिनः आङ्ग्लाः तु यद्धे धूलिकामग्नाः भविष्यन्ति इति ते जानन्ति । अतः ते भारतीयजनानां साहाय्येन एतत् युद्धं कर्तुम् इच्छन्ति, येन ते चिरकालं यावत् [[भारतम्|भारतस्योपरि]] आधिपत्यं कर्तुं शक्नुयुः । कोऽपि भारतीयः स्वार्थपूर्णे, साम्राज्यवादसमर्थके एतस्मिन् युद्धे भागम् ओढुं न इच्छति । सः स्वस्य देशस्य सम्पदां देशस्वतन्त्रतायै व्ययं कर्तुम् इच्छति, न तु अन्येन सह युद्धं कृत्वा स्वस्य पराधीनतायाः लोहपाशं दृढं कर्तुम् । भारतीयजनानां युद्धस्य विरोधं दृष्ट्वा अपि तस्मिन् विरोधविषये आङ्ग्लैः न किमपि अवधानं कृतम् । भारतीयानाम् इच्छाविरुद्धं [[भारतम्|भारतस्य]] जन-धन-साधनानाम् उपयोगं ते कुर्वन्तः सन्ति । जर्मन्-जनाः यथा [[पोलेण्ड्]]-देशस्योपरि आक्रमणम् अकुर्वन्, तथैव [[भारतम्|भारतस्योपरि]] आङ्ग्लानाम् आक्रमणमेतत् । वयं भारतीयाः अस्याक्रमणस्य प्रतीकारं निश्चयेन करिष्यामः । अहम् एतावता यत् अवदं, देशजनानाम् उपरि तस्य कीदृशः प्रभावः भविष्यति इति तु अहं न जाने । परन्तु मम वचनेन युद्धस्य सञ्चालनकार्ये बाधा उद्भूता अस्ति इति श्रुत्वा अहं बहु आनन्दम् अनुभवामि । अतः न्यायाधीशः यां कामपि शिक्षां दद्यात् तस्यै अहं प्रस्तुतः” इति । तस्य वचनस्यानन्तरं न्यायधीशस्तु शून्यत्वमेव अनुभवन् आसीत् । किंवक्तव्यमूढं तम् उद्दिश्य जयप्रकाशः पुनः तीव्रवचनप्रहारं प्रारभत । सः जानाति स्म "मम एतत् कथनं देशजनाः ध्यानेन शृण्वन्तः सन्ति । कारागारे स्थित्वापि अहं देशजनेभ्यः सन्देशं दातुम् इच्छामि चेत्, एतत् उत्कृष्टं स्थलमस्ति" इति । अतः सः किञ्चित् विरम्य सारांशत्वेन कानिचन गूढानि वाक्यानि अवदत् । “भारतस्य रक्षाकार्ये अहं विघ्नम् उत्पादितवान् इति दोषारोपणं मयि सर्वकारेण कृतमस्ति, तस्य उपहासार्थम् अहं किं वदानि ? परन्तु आङ्ग्लाः स्मरेयुः यत्, बन्दी स्वस्य बन्धनकारणानां रक्षणाय बद्धः न भवति । परन्तु सः स्वस्य बन्धनकारणं नाशयितुं बद्धः भवत्येव इति तु निश्चितम् । साम्राज्यवादस्य, 'नाजी'-वादस्य (नाजी-वादः कश्चन राजनैतिकवादः । नाजी-वादस्य अर्थः यः बलवान् अस्ति, स एव राष्ट्रस्य, संसारस्य वा शासनं बलेन स्वहस्तगतं कुर्यात् इति । एषः वादः व्यक्तिस्वातन्त्र्यस्य, जयप्रकाशः 'भारतीय राजव्यवस्था का पुनर्निमाण' इति निबन्धम् अलिखत् । तस्मिन् लेखे सः अलिखत्, “पक्षयोः मध्ये या राजनीतिः भवति, सा पक्षप्रधाना राजनीतिः मिथ्याभाषिणः नेतॄन् जनयति । पक्षप्रधानराजनीत्याः कुपुत्राः ते मिथ्याभाषिणः नेतारः कपटप्रेरितराजनीत्यै कार्यं कुर्वन्ति । पक्षप्रधानराजनीत्यां सर्वदा राष्ट्रभावनायाः अपेक्षया पक्षः एव प्रधानः भवति । अतः स्वस्य पक्षस्य हितं यत्र रक्षितं भवति, तत्र जयप्रकाशस्य निवृत्तिः == १९७१ तमस्य वर्षस्य 'नवम्बर'-मासस्य षोडशे (१६) दिनाङ्के जयप्रकाशस्य हृदयाघातः अभूत् । सः मासत्रयं रुग्णालये (hospital) यापयत् । ततः सः १९७२ तमस्य वर्षस्य 'फरवरी'-मासस्य अष्टाविंशति(२८)तमे दिनाङ्के रुग्णालयात् गृहम् प्राप्नोत् (reached) । तदनन्तरं तेन गृहे कानिचन दिनानि एव व्यतीनानि आसन् । एकस्मिन् दिने स्वस्य पत्न्याः स्वास्थ्यं सम्यग्नास्ति इति तेन सूचना प्राप्ता । वैद्यः तस्याः शल्यक्रियाम् (operation) अकरोत् । [[शल्यक्रिया]]नन्तरं ज्ञानमभवत् यत्, प्रभावती तु [[कर्करोगः|कर्करोगेण]] (cancer) ग्रस्ता अस्ति । जयप्रकाशस्य भ्रातृपुत्रस्य नाम अनिलः आसीत् । सः प्रभावत्याः स्वास्थ्यम् अधिकं शिथिलम् अभवत् । अतः १९७३ तमस्य वर्षस्य 'अप्रैल'-मासस्य पञ्चदशे (१५) दिनाङ्के अनिलस्य विवाहः निश्चितः । परन्तु प्रभावती चतुर्दशस्य (१४) दिनाङ्कस्य रात्रौ एव दिवङ्गता । प्रभावत्याः इच्छायाः पूर्त्यै पञ्चदशे दिनाङ्के एव अनिलस्य विवाहः अभवत् । प्रभावत्याः मृत्योः अनन्तरं जयप्रकाशस्य जीवने निराशा उद्भूता । सः राजनीति-पाठन-भाषणादीनि सर्वाणि कार्याणि त्यक्त्वा स्वस्य गृहे Sanskrit is the mother language of many of our languages spoken in Nepal. Therefore there is a very high respect towards the language. There are many scholars among them some are contributing in the Sanskrit Wikipedia. There was a thing recurringly come on my top that if we would organize outreach programs in places focusing to people with affliction to Sanskrit Language, we could enhance the willingness as well as their practical skills. There are many campuses under Nepal Sanskrit University in Nepal. There are also some organizations that are working for language and culture which may be interested to support us in the noble endeavor of promoting contribution and participation in Sanskrit Wikipedia. I have been editing Wikipedia since 2004 and have conducted various outreach programs focusing upon various language including Nepali, English, Awadhi, Newari, Maithili Wikipedia. However this was the first one for Sanskrit which filled my long awaited dream. Although, we could not do much.
