General criteria

  1. Patent nonsense, gibberish, unsalvageably incoherent article with no meaningful content and history. This includes random Cyrillic characters.
  2. Test pages.
  3. Pure vandalism, this includes redirects created since cleanup of page-move vandalism.
  4. N/A.
  5. Banned user. Articles created by users while they were banned.
  6. Housekeeping. This includes disambiguation articles points to a single article and no articles at all.
  7. Author's deletion request. Any article for any deletion is requested by the author in good faith. If he/she blanks the article, this shall be taken as a deletion request.
  8. Talk pages of pages that do not exist.
  9. Office actions.
  10. Attack articles. Articles were created used to disparage its subject.
  11. Blatant advertising.
  12. Blatant copyright infringement.

Article criteria

  1. N/A.
  2. Articles in another language other than Old Church Slavonic that shall exist on another Wikimedia project.
  3. No content but whatsoever. This consists only hyperlinks, section titles, category tags, interlanguage links, book references, category and template tages where it rephrases the title.
  4. Merged to article criteria three.
  5. Transwikied articles.
  6. Superseded by general criterion 10.
  7. No claim of notability. Unremarkable people, groups, companies and web content. An article about a real person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject. This should be categorized into Category:Importance or significance not asserted pages for speedy deletion.
  8. Superseded by general criterion 12.

Redirect criteria

  1. Redirects to pages that do not exist.
  2. Redirects to the talk space, user space, and user talk space from the main space. This could lead to a XNR (cross-namespace redirect).
  3. Redirects from an unlikely typo since it was created.

Image criteria

  1. Redundant.
  2. Corrupt and empty image.
  3. N/A.
  4. N/A.
  5. Unused unfree copyrighted image. This should be categorized into Category:Orphaned fair use images.
  6. Missing fair use rationale.
  7. Invalid fair use claim.
  8. Identical on Commons.

Category criteria

  1. Empty categories (no articles or subcategories for at least a week or a fortnight) whose only content has consisted of links to parent categories.
  2. Speedy renaming. Empty categories that have qualified for speedy renaming.
    1. Fixing typos.
    2. Fixing capitalizations.
    3. Converting from singular to plural.
    4. Renaming to conform with the "by country" categorization conventions.
    5. Abbreviation expanding for country names
  1. Template categories. That is when the category was solely populated from a template (e.g. Category:Wikipedia cleanup from {{cleanup}}).

Template criteria

Note: Be sure to surround the deletion tag with <noinclude></noinclude> tag before putting a template up for speedy deletion.

  1. Templates that are divisive and inflammatory.

User criteria

  1. Owner's request. Personal subpages are upon request by user whom associated it.
  2. Non-existent user. User pages of users that do not exist.
  3. Fairuse galleries. Galleries in the user space has consistly used of fairuse images.
